Reapplying for Visor visa extension

We just received the denial of extension yesterday. My In-Laws wanted to really stay for their grandson’s tournaments and were planning to leave by end of December. Is there a possibility for us to re- apply for the extension and see if can stay through the matches? If yes, what will be the procedure for re-applying?
