Hi,
My parents came on visitor visa and got their I-94 till aug29, 2007. I applied for visitor visa extension in the first week of august and i got the receipt from USCIS with receipt number on Aug 13. But the case is still pending and now the processing dates are still with June 4th only. I guess, before my parents get any decision from USCIS, their planned departure date may come.
So, is this okay to go back to India while the case is still pending with USCIS?. If not, what can we do about this ?.
If my parents will leave before i will hear anything from USCIS, should i tell USCIS that my parents have left before USCIS makes any decision ?
Please clarify.
