This mail is regarding visa extension for my Aunt.
I have followed the instructions as per the USCIS website and send it across to USCIS California Service center on 9/29/2007. The only mistake happened is I had sent through UPS- Express mail which in turn redirected to USPS.
When I look at the website of USPS package status says notice left and we will try further and in case of no reply we will send all documents back with in 5 days.
I need your advice in this regard, I understand from www.immihelp.com that I have to go and apply via USPS only. My aunt visa is getting expired on 10/18/2007.
Luckily I have another set of documents. Is there any way we can reach them by applying again or any of your immigration experts help me in this.
