Hi,
Your advice is kindly requested. My parents got their 120 yr visitor visa a few years back (it is still a valid visa). Their Visa was initially sponsored by my eldest sister. My sister is back in India now.
My parents are here currently and I want to apply for their visa extension. can I apply for their extension, or should I request my sister to apply for the extension?
My second questions is, I am currenly on Maternity leave. Do I still need to show my laterst Pay stubs (which are a couple of months old) or should I ask my Husband to provide his pay sutbs as evidence of support?
