Visitor Visa Extension for My Parents

Hi,

My Parents Visited USA on Nov 2007. Their I-94 Expirs on March 2008.

My Question here is, If i apply the Extension for My parents and if it got Rejected then it will affect my GreenCard Process.?

Please let me know.

I am going to apply my Labour next month.

it won't affect you, but it may make their visas cancelled.

But in the ImmiHelp website when you goto this page "http://immihelp.comhttps://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/extend.html" it says the below information.

"As long you stay in US legally and do not violate any terms of the visa you are on, you will not get into any trouble while applying for greencard, just because you applied for visa extension"

the above sentence for me or for my parents?

thats what i got really worried to apply the visitor visa extension for my parents.

please advice.

Your Green Card process has NOTHING to do with your parent's visa or visa extensions. They can not affect you.

BUT, your parent's visa, if an extension is denied, and they stayed past their I-94 date, may be cancelled under 222(g) next time they attempt to re-enter the USA.
