Hi,
I have a question about my mother's I-94 extension. My mother came to USA for my convocation. It was scheduled on Dec. 2006. Anyway I had to postphone my convocation to next semister and it is on May 12th 2007. So I requested an extention of har stay(B2) and we got extended only until may 5th. Do I need to send a request for another extention so that she can participate in my convocation. If she stay here until 15th from this I-94 will it be a problem?
