query about extension and legal status

Hi,

I am having B1 visa and my I94 expire on 6th of june 07. If my company submited the forms for extension before 6 th of june 07. In that case I may get the recept from uscis after 2 to 3 weeks weather after 6 th of june 06 my stay will be considered as a leagl or not?

As long as you submitted your extension before the expiration date of your current I-94, you are in legal status.
