Entend Visitor's Visa

To whom this may concern:

I have a question regarding the documents I need to prepare for extending my visiting visa. Under all the required documents, it says I need to prepare a copy of my return air tickets and e-ticket is no good. However when I contact the company that ordered my ticket, they said they can only give me the return air ticket in e-ticket type. What can I do about this?

You contact the airline. They will issue a paper ticket by charging $25 extra.
