Hello,
I filed an I-539 to extend my mom I94. I just found your website and I see that I was suppose to send a copy after her ticket but is not allowed an electronic ticket. Because Lufthansa will not send me a paper ticket due to the fact we bought an electronic ticket from the beginning and because I did not send a ticket I was wondering if you can advise me how to proceed or if you heard of this type of situation before. Can this trigger a denial for this request?
I understand I should wait for update on the case from uscis first… I did not know I should send ticket nor that about the ticket requirements (I can't do anything anyway), I thought that I need to wait first for her visa to be extended.
If you can advise me I will appreciate.
