Guys,
I know its case by case basis...but can some one tell me how much time its taking to get a response for a visa extension?
I was planning to apply visa extn for MIL, her I-94 is getting expired in April 3rd 2008...so if we didnt get any response by that time she is planning to leave by April 1st. In that case do I need to inform Immigration about her return to India before the Extension response....how to handle this situation. I saw one post but no response to it..
Can some one suggest me.
