Hi to All,
I filed the extension for my Mother today via efile I-539. However I made 1 small error. There was a question:
If you answered No to 3g, fully describe how you are supporting yourself, include the source, amount and basis for any income in the space below:
I left the text box blank because all the other questions suggested to only fill the text box if the answer is Yes. This was a mistake.
I do plan to mail out all the supporting documents to California Center tommorrow including I-134 with copies of bank statements etc. Could this lead to a problem. I have no way of going back and correcting the form as it has already been submitted. Please help..
