B1 extension legality

I hold 10 yr multi B1 visa wich expired on 16th nov 2007. but i applied for extension and did receive the receipt no; so my case is pending.
my question is:

1. will it effect my visa if i leave the country before i receive the new
I-94?

2. how long can i stay like this without the I-94?

3. after how many days can i enter usa again if i leave the country now.
