Hi,
My parents came here to visit me in Mar 2008. Their I-94 is valid till sept 28'08.
I would like to apply for their extension till feb '08. They arrived new jersey and mentioned my new jersey address as we were in NJ at that time.
In May we moved from NJ to Texas.
1) In my letter of extension, do I have to mention that we moved from NJ to TX on job purpose?
2) While attaching the copy of return ticket, do I have to attach the current return ticket dated before the I-94 expiration or Do I have to attach the copy of the return ticket once I change the date to the later date in february?
