Extension Of Visitor Visa

We have applied for an extension of stay for my Parents. We have not received the reply from USCIS yet. But my Parents have to travel back to India now for a family emergency.

Can they go without the response letter from USCIS? What is the procedure?

I would suggest you to FAX a letter to the USCIS and get the confirmation with you that you informed USCIS of the reversal of your decision.

And you call USCIS followed by you FAX them and request them to send you an reacknowledgment.

This should work !!
