Extension case is still pending

I have Vistor visa for 10 years. I entered US in October 2007 & filed for the extension in March'08 n left US in July'08.My case status is still pending. I'm vising Canada for few days n planning to go to US.Will there be any problem.Pls. reply ASAP.Thanks.

Your visa may be void. That is the only problem.
