Anyone kindly give the correct information. I am on 10yrs multiple entry b1 visa.My 6 months of stay will expire on oct28. I wish to apply for extension now. If my extension is denied and if the decision comes after oct 28,will my 10 yrs visa will be automatically canceled due to my overstay and am i banned to enter usa for 3 yrs. kindly advice regarding this as soon as possible. Thank you inadvance for your reply.
