We were granted the extension that we filed for the I-94, the only dillema is we applied for the extension for 3 months, and not the entire 6 months that we could've. So Q1. can we request USCIS and file for another 2-3 month extension, or Q2. can we do this without filling for another extension. Any help or guidance, advice would be much appreciated.

1.- You could, but you could be pushing your luck. It would be a VERY bad idea to try this... what was the reason given for the extension?
2.- No. You'd have to file again and as far as I know, USCIS does not grant extensions one after the other.Disclaimer: The information you obtain from me at this forum is not, nor is it intended to be, legal advice. You should consult an attorney for individual advice regarding your own situation.

1. visit temples and still would like to go see more tourist destination. The reasoning we gave was layoff from job, and she felt sick. She will definatley go back as she has close ties home, for temple, family and grandkids.
We were told by friends to not apply for entire 6 months, as it might be denied. And now we've extended her ticket already to Jan. and the extension was granted untill NOV. Thanks in advance

If an extension is granted additional to another extension, it would be an exception and not the rule.
For this case, since there is not a compelling reason for the extension, it is in the best interest that she leaves before the new I-94 expires. No need to risk the visa (which is more costly than changing an airplane ticket).
