Hi,
I am trying to help my cousin who is from France to extend his visiting visa. His visa just expired and I was not aware that we could extend his visa. I have already downloaded the form I-539 and have read what I should do. But I was wondering is there a faster or more easier way? What should I do now? Does he have to go back to his country soon, or can he wait for a response if I ask for the extension? As well, I already applied for his green card and am waiting to hear back a response. I am lost, and not sure of what to do. please help.
