Urgent help regarding visitor visa extension

Hi,

Please let me know solution for my problem stated below. My mother got her visitor visa extension in her first visit to US in 2007 for 6 months till end of Nov but she left US in OCT '07 only.

But unfortunately she misplaced her I 539 application approval letter now and again planning to come to US on coming weekend on NOV 8th 2008. She has new I 94 card (stapled to her passport, with approval data and Receipt# info attached with new I 94 card when it was approved here.)

Please kindly suggest us is there any chance can we get a copy of her approval letter? or Is it ok if she can travel to US without approval letter of her past visa extension?

Need immeidate help!!!

If the extension was approved and the I-94 was returned properly during exit, there is less likelihood of a problem provided she has spent more time in the home country than in US before her next visit.
