Both me and my brother are in the US and my brother had applied for my parents B2 Visa. They have got a 10 year Multiple entry Visa and are now in the US and staying with me.
We are planning to extend thier stay and apply for a Visa extension. So in this case, should I send the I134 on my behalf or should my brother do it. The address in my parents I 94 is my address.
So it would be great if someone could clarify this doubt.
