    Dear Mam,Sir,

My mother was denied a timely filled an Extension of stay and the letter was sent 0n 12/30/08,and we did receive it by mail on 1/3/09. The expiration date of I-94 was the same date we receive the denial 1/3/09.

She rapidly left the USA but this was 5 days after the I -94 expired. My question is : Her multiple entry visa is considered void or not.

    Thank you.

      Sir,

I was reading this post and I have one doubt.
I found this following information in this Website.

      Extend Visitor’s Visa.
The duration for which the person can stay depends upon the expiration date of I-94, and NOT on the expiration date of visa stamp. The date on visa stamp is irrelevant. As long as you apply for extension before expiration date of I-94, you would be in legal status (up to 240 days) and you will not have stayed unlawfully.

If this information is right, then his Mom left just after 5 days of I-94 expired.
Still her multiple entry visa is Void?

      I am little confused.
      Can you please explain?

      Thanks
