Hi, I received the denial letter 3 weeks ago, but have not received my passport back. The 30 day grace period is getting near, what should I do?

your visa is now void, but WHY IN THE WORLD DID YOU SEND YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT? good luck getting it back.

Well, your comment didnt help at all, buddy. I followed the instruction, which said I have to submit the original passport!?! Anyone has any advice, please.

instructions do NOT say anywhere you need to send your passport... it says you need to make sure your passport is valid (unexpired) while you remain a non-immigrant.

it says to send copy of I-94 (or original, but copy is ALWAYS better).

I know the POE officer usually staples the I-94 and passports together, but SERIOUSLY... you are in deep trouble. Chances are low that you will get your passport at all, and almost zero that you will get it within 30 days.

What? You sent your passport? Thats something never heard of!!! Make a few phone calls, send some registered priority letters requesting your passport back!
