Visitor Visa extension - Urgent Please help!!

Hi,
I am trying to extend my Aunt’s visitor visa. I mailed application but forgot to include the filing fee check. Called USCIS and mentioned about it. They said your application will be rejected NOT denied. And you will get the letter asking to send the filing fee. So I can either wait to get that rejection letter OR I can send another application with the filing fee check. Her I-94 expires on May 2nd 2009. I am in big dilemma what to do? Should I just go ahead and file the new application or should I wait till getting the rejection letter.

Go ahead and file a new etension application. The one you sent will not be processed.

hi ..why not apply online and pay thru credit or debit card, after 3 days you will received the recipt notice.after doing online application and payment you will received email about it. no waiting ..secure.

Supporting documents for e filing

You can e file. you'll receive an e receipt immediately and case gets filed without delay anymore.you can send supporting docs immediately. Also can any one answer this pl-
Can we add supporting documents to our file I 539 more than once.(apart from the main ones we send initially). I need to add my spouse's opt approval papers to the COS I applied for since it'll add weight to the case.

What's the difference bet. e-file and sending in the paperwork by mail? If you e-file, you still have to send the supporting documentation by mail if I'm not mistaken.

Just adding my query to this thread.
wjat did u do with return tickets? did u put the itinary or purschased the tickets beforehand?

Can u use USPS to send teh application or you need to use Fedex or other faster carrier?
