Extension of Stay I-539, Submission of Original I-94

Hi,

I am applying for Extension of stay for my in-laws. They have 1 year visa and they were given 3 months of I-94 at the POE on Nov, 1 st.

In lieu of this I have a question. In The Form I-539, for B1/B2 they are asking to submit ORIGINAL I-94 along with the application.

But in the Instructions found on the Immihelp web-site, it is clearly mentioned not to submit Original I-94.
Please calrify the same.

Also, The fees for Extension of Stay is now changed to 140 USD. Request to updat the same on the Immihelp web-site which mentions as 102 USD.

Please reply back at the earliest.

Do not submit the original I-94. The instructions in the I-539 are outdated.
