Visitor visa extension letter

Hi all,
My parents had stayed for 1 year last time and the extension was approved for them. But I have lost the approval letter for the extension and I need it to reapply. I remember reading somewhere on this forum regarding requesting for the letter again. Any clue? Immihelp, your suggestions would be much appreciated.

Yes, you need extension approval letter while reapplying again.

Thanks. But is there a way I can get it from the consulate again, since I have lost the approval letter? I do have the case # with me. Please let me know ASAP.
