Visitor visa extention

Hi ,
I want to extend my parents stay which are on B-2 visitor visa and currently in USA. Can any one let me know that do I need to pay 300USD fUSD each for both ot them? that is 600 USD for both or just 300 USD is sufficient?

Please also send me the covering letter for the same.
