Visitor's Visa Extention

My aunt has been visiting us in the U.S. for 14 months. During these months, she had traveled outside of America every 6 months, so that she is able to get the valid I-94 and stay here lawfully. Her current I-94 will expire in November. If she files the extention of her visitor's visa, will it be possible for her to get the approval?

Possibly no as she has already abused the visitor visa by flagpoling and staying in US for 14 months.
