question Applying extension

Hello ,

I have read most of the forums about extending visitors stay beyond 6 months.
My question is different from traditional procedure or aftermath of extension.

Originally my sister sponsored for my parents visa and that they got 10 years Multiple entry. They were here earlier in 2006 for 6 month stay and returned to India.

My parents have come here now while my sister has returned to India for ever. Will I be able to submit the application for extension of my parents stay by providing affidavit of support in my name. I had not sent any of MY documents during their visa interview at the consulate. They had I134 from my sister at that time.

will my affidavit of support cause conflict with the original one ?

Does it say anywhere in the USCIS books that the person who originally sponsored visa is required to provide affidavit of support while extending visitor's stay in USA now ?

Someone else other than original sponsor sending extension application does not matter. The application will be evaluated on the same basis - genuine cause of extension.
