My mother in law recently visted US and she got only 3 months of stay stampled on her I-94 (she has 10 years of visitor visa). I applied for an extension and as the process was prolonged, I booked tickets to India for my mother-in-law, exactly 2 days BEFORE her I-94 expiration date (to make sure she didn't overstayed past her I-94 date).
After she left to India, I received a query on the extenion that I applied for her and I didn't replied to USCIS and after few weeks, I've received a denial notice. One of my friend is now telling that her 10 years visitor visa would be cancelled automatically? Could some one please help me understand, if that's true?
How can her visa would be voided if she didn't stayed in USA past her I-94 date? Please help me....
