I have a few questions about the visa extension process.
Firstly, I am applying for a visa extension because my I-94 expires on the 14th of December but my flight out of the country is not until the 28th of December, so I need to extend my visa.
What will happen if my approval/denial letter does not arrive before my flight on the 28th of December? Will I be considered illegal? What do I need to do if this is the case?
How much do I need to pay for the fee for visa extension? I cannot find this information.
How do I prove financial support if my parents have given me enough money to stay here until i return home? What type of documents do I need to include to prove that I am supported by my parents?
Also, in my form I-539:
For Part 1, under "Address- In care of-" should I put my home address or the address and person that I am staying with while in the USA?
What should I put for my " current non-immigrant status"?
For Part 4, under "foreign address", is that where I put my home address outside of the USA?
