I hereby would kindly request for your advice on the below query:
I have a multiple visa B1 B2 from Kenya and currently I am in the States. My visa is expiring on the 10th of December 2009 and on the I-94 form i have been given a 6months stay in the US by the officer upto 18th April 2010. Is there any form(s) that i am supposed to fill in order to extend my stay in the United States? Your kind assistance will highly be appreciated.
