Hi,
My MIL got visitor's visa for 6 months, which expires in April 05. She won't be able to come here until Jan '05. So effectively she will get only 3 months to stay in USA.
Is there anything that I can do to extend her stay to 5/6 months ?
Also somewhere I read that you can enter USA in visior's visa even one day before the visa expires, but can get a I94 for 6 months.. Is that true or logical?
