My inlaws I-94 was stamped for 6 months and ends on Jan 23rd and their tickets are booked for Jan 20th. They have a valid 10 yr visa. We would like to apply for an extension...
-- Is it too late to apply for extension now (I noticed that extension needs to be applied between 4-6 weeks before it expires)
-- If we are able to apply, do we have to reschedule the return ticket and send a copy of that with the application
