Visa for my mom who had visa before and extended

My mom had US Visa (B2-Tourist visa) and came to US back in 2005. She had 1 year VISA. She Stayed here for 6 months and then we extended her stay upto a year. we have the extension approval letter. She left to india on time. Now, we are planning to bring her again so I need to apply for a new Visa for her. Would the extension that we did in 2005 be a problem ? Are they (consulate) going to ask anything on that ? Any similar experience ??? please post ...
