Can sm1 accompany mother 72 yrs hard of hearing for tourist visa inside embassy

Can some one from family accompany mother 79 years old hard of hearing for tourist visa inside the embassy ?
And will the consular talk to her in hindi or will some one will interpret for her?
Is there a separate line for senior citizens or will she need to go with normal public?
Please suggest.

Why don't you go for DropBox / Interview Waiver Program (IWP) for her.

At the age of 72 she really doesn't need to appear for interview.
