B2 Extension of Stay Bank Docs.
My father would like to have his B2 visa extended. It is good for 10 years and he's current stay expires in Feb 05. When he originally applied for a visa at the embassy, he submitted the Affidavit of Support, provided by me, indicating that I will sponsor his stay in the US. My question is, since USCIS requires the bank documents for the extension of stay, can I again submit the Affidavit of Support since I'm sponsoring his stay or does he absolutely need to submit his bank statement?
