I94 extension after exit

Hello,

My parents's I94 (on B1/B2 visa) expires on 17th April 2010 and they just got visit visa to the United Kingdom([COLOR="DarkRed"]THANKS FOR IMMIHELP'S SUGGESTION ).

I was wondering how long should they remain out of country in the UK to get new I94 with another 6 months extension?
I'm planning just on a month for them.

Please help.
