I am a us citizen living in china, my wife and I want to visit the USA and see my family, We will return to china to live as we have a house there. What are the chances of getting her a B1 visa and any complications that we may encounter. She does not intend to immigrate. We are both in our 60's.

Chances are less. For B1 (business) or B2 (tourist) visa, you need to prove that you have strong ties to your home country. But having an USC spouse certainly give you that benefit.
