Hi,
My parents stay in USA is till May 18th 2010 and i already applied for there extension which reached the office on April 8th. My question is should they wait to receive their extension and if they wait for the extension and it doesn't get approved will they still be legal? I heard there's a risk of terminating the Multiple entry visit visa if they stay after there last date before getting the approval. Should they leave on the date? Is there any chance of denial?
Any suggestions will be helpful.
