vistor visa extension- i 94 question

My mom's visitor visa extension has been approved.Her original I-94 says her visa expires on June 1st.We asked for an extension until July 30th and we got it.But the new I94 says that the extension has been approved from June 12th to july 31st.Is this ok or is this a typo since the original expires on June 1st and the new one says from june 12th?Please help with any inut on this.I will really appreciate it.Should I call them?
