Hello, I am from pakistan and living in pakistan and i have 5 years multiple USA visit visa now my visa is ending on dated 30 june 2010. i want to ask to you when i will apply for extension. please reply me waiting for your reply.

There is no way to apply for extension of visa stamp. You will have to apply all over again.
