Can I signup uscis online account and file 1539 online form for my mother and mother-in-law ? (b2 extension on behalf of mother and mother and mother-in-law)

You will need to create a new account for the applicants. The other option is paper form as there you can file as a family and pay the fees one time for 2 members, but am not sure if mother and mother in law can be grouped as one. When filing online you will need to pay for each applicant separately.

can someone confirm if extension was filed last min (last week or two) and if request for extension is approved without return travel ticket? Also could you please share sample letter used for extension request. Is it really accurate that you cant use single i539 application online to file for 2 applications even when they are married couple?
