  • B1/B2 extension

    Hello,
My parents are currently in US and their I94 is expiring on June 5th. I had their return tickets booked for May 30th.
They are 60+ years old and due to COVID-19, I am planning to file their extension. But need help on below questions. Please advise.

    1. Given that they will complete their 6 months by June 5th, can I submit extension for 6 more months?

    2. Do I need to submit return flight tickets to get the extension petition approved?

    Thanks,
    Pradeep

Certainly, but the lesser you apply the better chances for quick & easy approval.

Yes, provide proof that they will return after the extended period.
