Hello,
I had one bad experience previously regarding fees ( not 539 - application was sent back) and it took some time to resolve, my Psrents I-94 is expiring soon, I
have come across a few reporting the same in case of of 539 extension when it is more than one person.
My Parents 1-94 is going to expire soon, can i apply online for their extension online separately, understand the fees are higher, other than that is
there any issue.
Do i have to mention on the letter that they are filling separate, any thing else i need to mention
If anyone has filed online / mail please post your comments, regarding fees , timeline to receive fees receipt, amount of fees paid
