My parents 10 years b2 visa expiring on 2021. I wanted to apply b2 visa for them. What's the procedure for applying extension and will they eligible for drop box. Did the dropbox location are opened in Chennai. Is us embassy stoped issuing b2 extension in Chennai. I wanted to apply before the Visa expired or else they need to go for all the process. Please help me I need to apply before Dec 2020
