This question is regarding H1B to B2 COS. I applied my B2 before H1B maxout with family due to pandemic in July 2020 and the same is pending till now. How can I extend the same or can i apply a new B2 again to continue legal status ? I want to stay in USA for 6 more months due to pandemic and do not want to travel with kids now.
