Hi,
My parents are due to visit us this february 2005. They have a 10 yr multiple entry visa. They have been here twice before first time they went back on time, second time they extended their stay for 6 months and got the approval too. The question I have is:
1. Would the fact that they got an extnesiuon last time affect their chances of getting
a 6 month I-94 extension stay this time ?
2. If I wish to apply for their extension again, is it true that they wwould definitely get
a rejection since they had got an extension last time too ?
3. if I apply and they leave before a rejection comes in for extension, does thier
10 year visa become null and void and they cannot travel to US again ?
Thanks for any help, I am expecting a second baby and really need help from them.
