B2 Visa Extension

Hi,

I am planning to apply for my moms B2 Extension. Please help me with below query :

1) Can my mom stay in USA during B2 extension application period even after expiry of I94. If yes for how many days?

2) If Extension is not approved does she need to leave country immidiately. If yes within how many days from the date of denial.

3) If her B2 extension is not approved, does her B2 visa still valid for next visit to USA?

4) In case we have filed her extension application and waiting for approval/denial and her I94 has expired, can she leave country before her Extension is approved/denied? If so what docs she need to furnish to leave the country.

2. Immediately.

4. Yes. The same I-94 that she originally received at the time of entering.

Thanx for your kind reply. Please confirm if she leaves country before her I94 date and the decision on her B2 extension comes later with denial. In this case still her B2 visa is valid as she has not overstayed?
