I am an Indian citizen residing in USA on L1B visa. My visa stamp is expired but I got my L1B extension and I-129S is approved for another 2 years.
I am thinking of getting my visa stamp from Mexico so that I can travel internationally afterwards. I have following questions
1. As an Indian citizen residing in USA, can I visit Mexico visa free? My current L1B visa stamp is expired so I am unsure. I have valid US B1 visa. Can I use US B1 visa to enter Mexico?
2. What circumstance generally considered as emergency case? I have some urgent international travel planned and hence trying to get visa stamped ASAP.
3. Any experience in US consulates in Mexico?
