Hi,
My parents US (tourist) B2 visa expired last year in April 2020. They had applied for their visa renewal sometime in March 2020 from India (hyderabad) and received a confirmation that they could avail the drop-box facility. Just before their appointment, everything was cancelled due to Covid issue. They want to apply again this year. I have a few questions regarding this:
1. Can they just re-submit their existing DS 160 form to schedule an appointment or do they have to fill out a new DS 160 form?
2. As their US visa is now more than 12 months expired (as against last year when they applied), will they now qualify for the drop-box facilty?
